Using your account
Use accurate business and contact details, keep your password private, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be authorized to act for the company you identify. A pricing Customer ID is separate from your sign-in credentials.
Instant quotes and order acceptance
Displayed prices are budgetary calculations based on the information you supply. Tool inspection, drawing review, coating availability, and application requirements may affect final pricing. A submitted request or downloadable web quote is not acceptance of an order. Cutting Tech will confirm accepted pricing, scope, and delivery before proceeding.
Drawings and specifications
Submit only files and designs that you own or have permission to share. Identify the applicable drawing revision, units, tolerances, and application requirements. You retain ownership of your drawings and authorize Cutting Tech and necessary service providers to use them to evaluate and perform your requested work. Do not upload payment-card details, patient information, or files subject to special handling restrictions without arranging suitable handling with us first.
Production and shipping information
Production status reflects recorded job updates and may not represent continuous machine monitoring. Expected delivery dates and shipment tracking are estimates until confirmed. Expedited work is subject to availability. Prices exclude taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes and cancellations
Contact Cutting Tech promptly to request a change or cancellation. Changes to approved drawings, quantities, coatings, or delivery may require a revised quote. Any costs for work or purchased materials already authorized will be addressed in the order confirmation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another customer’s records, disrupt the site, upload malicious files, or misrepresent authorization. Access may be restricted where needed to investigate misuse or protect customer information.
